If you have previously used Leapkids holiday programs, please refer to the ‘Existing User’ section for guidance with your booking.

 

Existing User – Additional Child

 

If you have previously used Leapkids holiday programs, and wish to enrol an additional child, please refer to the ‘Existing User – Additional Child’ section for guidance with your booking.

 

New User

 

If you will be using Leapkids services for the first time, please refer to the ‘New User’ section for guidance with your booking.

Existing User

  1. Click onto the ‘Book Now’ tab on our website to go to the Parent Portal (Hosted by SmartFees)
  2. Login using your email and password from your previous application
    *If you are an ‘Existing User’ but new to our Parent Portal, select ‘Forgot your password’ and enter the email address previously provided to Leapkids and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you don’t know the email previously provided, then contact us on 1300 366 235 for assistance
  3. Once you have successfully logged onto the portal, click on the ‘Applications’ icon located at the bottom (middle) of the screen
  4. From the ‘Applications’ page click on ‘New application’ to the right of screen
  5. From the ‘Application to enrol’ select your child’s name from the ‘Drop Down’ box located under the heading ‘Copying from an existing application’ and hit ‘Copy’ 
  6. All of your child’s information (i.e. child who has previously attended our program) will copy onto a new page, showing blue headings (left of screen) and the word ‘Done’ alongside each heading except ‘Booking’ 
  7. Click on ‘Booking’ to select the days required and hit ‘Save & Continue’
  8. Once the word ‘Done’ appears alongside each of the blue headings hit ‘Review & Submit’ 
  9. Review your application and scroll to the bottom of the page and hit ‘Submit’
  10. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from SmartFees to say that your booking has been received, and the following will happen:
  11. Within 3-5 business days of submission, you will receive an email directly from Leapkids confirming your booking with a link to pay your invoice (Please check your junk mail)
  12. Payment of fees must be made within 7 days to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within the 7 days from the date of the confirmation email, you risk losing your place in the program.
  13. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a payment receipt from Leapkids (Please check your junk mail).

Existing User - Additional Child

Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand for your additional child:

  1. Child Details (Full name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  2. Parent Details (Full Name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  3. Authorisations (Contact information for 2 authorised nominees/emergency contacts)
  4. Immunisation Record (Copy of your child’s immunisation record or ACIR History Statement)
  5. Management Plan (if applicable) If your child has any additional needs or medical conditions (asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis)

Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:

  1. Click on the ‘Applications’ icon located at the bottom (middle) of the screen.
  2. From the ‘Application to enrol’ page, select your existing child’s name (i.e. child who has previously attended our program) from the ‘Drop Down’ box located under the heading ‘Copying from an existing application’ and click ‘Copy’ 
  3. All of your child’s information (i.e. child who has previously attended our program) will copy onto a new page with blue headings and the word ‘Done’ alongside each heading except ‘Booking’
  4. Click onto the heading ‘Child’ to update with the details of your additional child and ‘Save & Continue’
  5. Select the days required in ‘Booking’ and ‘Save & Continue’
  6. Once the word ‘Done’ appears alongside each of the blue headings hit ‘Review & Submit’
  7. Review your application and scroll to the bottom of the page and hit ‘Submit’

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from SmartFees to say that your booking has been received, and the following will happen:

  1. Within 3-5 business days of submission, you will receive an email directly from Leapkids confirming booking for each enrolled child, with a link to pay your invoice (Please check your junk mail)
  2. Payment of fees must be made within 7 days to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within the 7 days from the date of the confirmation email, you risk losing your place in the program.
  3. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a payment receipt from Leapkids (Please check your junk mail).

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed and your child will not be accepted into our program until payment of fees is received by Leapkids. 

New User

Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand (unless previously supplied):

o    Child Details (Full name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 

o    Parent Details (Full Name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 

o    Authorisations (Contact information for 2 authorised nominees/emergency contacts)

o    Immunisation Record (Copy of your child’s immunisation record or ACIR History Statement)

o    Management Plan (if applicable) If your child has any additional needs or medical conditions (asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis)

 

Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:

  1. Click the ‘Book Now’ via our website to go to our Parent Portal (Hosted by SmartFees)
  2. Sign up for a new account as a ‘New User’ 
  3. From the ‘Application to enrol’ page – complete all the blue headings (left of screen). After each heading is completed and saved, the word ‘Done’ will appear alongside the heading and you will automatically move onto the next heading
  4. Select the days required in ‘Booking’ and then ‘Save & Continue’
  5. Once all headings are ‘Done’ hit ‘Review & ‘Submit’
  6. Review your application and scroll to the bottom of the page and hit ‘Submit’

 

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from SmartFees to say that your booking has been received, and the following will happen:
